Client Agreement

In scheduling an appointment, you willingly enter into a coach-client relationship with me. To protect you and the sacred work we do together, I will ask you to sign the following release statement prior to your session:

“I hereby authorize Jessie Stringer to use her intuitive abilities to channel information about my soul, my past lives or future lives, my chakra system, my physical and mental health, and anything related to my spiritual well-being that may come through in a reading. I understand that she may provide guidance and coaching in a session in an effort to support my soul’s interests and spiritual development. Her techniques in a session may also include life-coaching, teaching, meditation, trance-inductions (hypnosis), energy healing, and other non-intrusive holistic methods that support inner healing, consciousness awareness and expansion, and self-transformation. I understand that Jessie will not be offering medical or psychological advice, and that I should seek a different professional if I am in need of such advice. I understand that Jessie cannot guarantee outcomes nor that she will be able to intuitively answer every question I pose during a session; instead, she channels only the information that she receives through her Higher Power and will relay the information as clearly as possible. It is up to me to determine its validity and truth. I am aware that Jessie will use her skills and knowledge to the best of her ability in order to promote my most successful outcome.

If at any time, Jessie feels it is in my best interest to terminate our sessions together or to refer me to another practitioner, I willingly accept this outcome. I also accept her terms and conditions, confidentiality statement, and session fees as detailed on her website.

Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Jessie Stringer from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my session(s).”

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

Please remit payment via debit or credit card, Venmo, or PayPal when booking each session. No tip is necessary or expected. Please discuss it with me prior to booking if you would prefer to pay in biweekly installments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that sometimes we overbook ourselves, that people fall ill, and that emergencies come up. I only requests that you notify me as promptly as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. For Soul Reading sessions, if you do not join the Zoom call within 15min of your scheduled time, and there is no email notification to alert me to your delay, I will assume you cannot make the call and will use the remainder of your session time to voice-record the information. An mp3 will be emailed to you. Due to my full schedule, please understand that I will not be able to extend our session if you are late to join the call. Rather, our time will be reduced and kept to the same agreed-upon hour.

REFERRAL, TRANSFER, AND TERMINATION OF SESSIONS

At any point, if I feel it is in your and my best interest to refer you to another practitioner, I will help you find a referral that is suitable for your needs and goals. Or, if at any point I feel that working together is no longer useful or helpful for you, I reserve the right to terminate our sessions. These decisions will be based on my intuitive guidance, my professional skills and expertise, and on the information you relay to me about yourself. Additionally, you have the right to terminate sessions with me or request a referral at any point in time as well.

Confidentiality STATEMENT

Your privacy is important. As your coach, I am committed to maintaining your confidentiality and ensuring that the information you share with me is protected, within the limits of the law and ethical guidelines.

WHAT IS CONFIDENTIAL

Everything you share with me during our sessions is confidential. This includes your personal information, what you say in therapy, any written records, and the fact that you are working with me. For example, if we see each other in public, I will not acknowledge that I know you unless you first address me and choose to discuss our work together.

EXCEPTIONS TO CONFIDENTIALITY

There are specific situations where I am legally and ethically obligated to break confidentiality, including:

  1. Risk of Harm to Self or Others: If you are in imminent danger of harming yourself or someone else.

  2. Abuse or Neglect: If there is reason to believe that a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult is being abused or neglected.

  3. Court Orders: If a court of law orders me to release information.

  4. Medical Emergencies: If disclosure is necessary to respond to a serious medical emergency.

Whenever possible, I will discuss these situations with you before taking action.

COMMUNICATION AND PRIVACY

If we communicate via phone, email, text, or virtually, I will take reasonable precautions to protect your information. However, no communication system is completely secure.

CONSENT FOR INFORMATION SHARING

If you wish me to share information with another party (e.g., doctor, school, family member), I will require your written consent, specifying what information can be shared and with whom.
